Nice apartment with a good set of furniture. Clean and well maintained. The landlady is particularly nice, and she showed us the neighborhood to orient us on the first day. A nice community of local Parisians with lots of shops for daily life only a couple of blocks away (a selection of bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, butchers, fish stores, etc). They are lively, and you don't need to rely on mega grocery stores (but there are those stores nearby as well). Nice walk to the center of Paris. Subway and bus connections are also good. The deposit was returned as a whole without any problem.
