The apartment is really nice, it is small cute apartment located right in the middle of Paris (you can see Notre Dame from the window), very well connected to subway and train stations (less than 2 min walk). It can be loud at night as there are many clubs in the same street but it is a 6th floor and closing the windows is often enough. Also worth mentioning, the elevator will only get you to the 4th and a half floor.
