"The apartment was fully rehabilitated (2011). Being located on the 6th floor of the building the view of the roofs is typical of Paris. In addition, being oriented full South, it enjoys plenty of sun. It is comfortable and space is efficiently used. Silent although over the street. The building is located in the upper end of the Marais, near place de la République. The street is quiet yet one has access to all necessary shopping as well as restaurant within a few minute walk. Movie theatres, museums (Pompidou Centre, Picasso, Jewish museums), restaurants, specialty shops as well as traditional food market are within walking distance.

Departamento bien ubicado y conectado a líneas de buses y metro muy cerca. El ascensor alivia llegar tras largas caminatas. La altura lo hace muy sensible a los cambios de clima. El propietario viviendo en el edificio y su buena voluntad para resolver problemas es un plus.
