A beautifully-presented, modern, clean apartment that is small but perfectly formed. Not the nicest street or building in Paris, but the apartment itself makes up for this. Plus, you\'re close to two metro stops and can walk to Montparnasse or the Latin Quarter. Comes with a great sofa bed in the lounge room that can sleep two people, in addition to the comfy two person bed in the bedroom. Bathroom is small but has everything you need. Comes with both an oven and a washing machine (which is rare for Paris rentals)! However, there\'s no dryer, so washing sheets can be difficult. Wifi is included, but electricity (about 55 euros a month) is not. All in all, a great place.
