Perfect for my needs. Neighborhood is good and safe, half-hour walk to St. Germain-des-Près, close to la Tour Eiffel, Beaugrenelle and good local shopping. A real quartier, not too touristy YET. Well-organized, clean, comfortable. Small. If you are a small person, you will love it. If you're big, it may not be for you. Landlord was EXCELLENT, went out of his way to help me settle in, providing cooking utensils & making sure wi-fi worked well. Price - couldn't be better. :-)
