This 35m² (or 376ft²) apartment with a balcony is located in a beautiful building on Rue Mizon, in a prestigious and animated section of Paris 15th district, borderline with 6th district. It can accommodate up to 2 people, perfect for a couple. Comfortable and cosy you will find everything you need for a good stay.

Rue Mizon is only a 100m long street, very quiet. The buildings are beautiful, made by several renown architects belonging to same family.

The apartment is bright, there are several windows with light coming from west, south and east.

It is located on the 6th and last floor (elevator available). It includes a long balcony, hardwood floors with carpet, plenty of storage space, a separate equipped kitchen, a bathroom with window, separated toilets and an entrance with a secured door and concierge.

There is a private parking for bikes inside the building.

There is plenty of room for luggage. You can even store them in a private cellar belonging to the apartment and included in the rent.

The street is super quiet at all time.

Bright and quiet (courtyard) the apartment is located in a lively district with many restaurants, shops, and nearby you can find many businesses and services (like a Bakery, Bar, grocery stores, Fitness centre, pharmacy, Supermarkets, Banks, Newsstand, etc. ).
The apartment is also five minutes walking distance from the station of Air France bus/shuttle connections to the Parisian airports (Charles de Gaulle & Orly).

It is a perfect getaway from which to enjoy all that Paris has to offer.

Getting Around

The apartment is accessible by Paris public transportation (Pasteur/M 6, M12, and Montparnasse stations M4, M6, M12, M13).
The Montparnasse train station is just 5mn walk!
The train from Montparnasse station to Versailles takes 25mn!

*Is the apartment private?*
Yes, completely. It’s about 35 square meters (376 square feet), and has its own entrance, bathroom, independent toilet, independent kitchen, bedroom / living area, and balcony. We ask that you don't smoke, and no smoke in the balcony.

*Are the streets safe to walk?*
You are in Paris, a capital. This area is considered as safe, very lively. You will love it.

*Is there wifi?*
Yes.

*Is there TV HD?*
Yes. You can watch more that 100 channels in many languages free of charge.

*Can I watch english language channels free of charge?*
Yes.

*Is there a multimedia player where I can insert CD, DVD, and read USB files into the TV HD?*
Yes.

*I’m allergic to animals. Do you have any pets?*
None. Not ever.

*Should I bring my own towels/sheets/toiletries?*
This isn’t necessary, but some people feel more comfortable doing this. We provide enough clean sheets, blankets, and plenty of towels for our guests. In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathmat, and a soap hand wash by the sink.

You will find a Microwave oven, Laundry machine, Dishwasher, Bodum for coffee, Boiler. There are several plates, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, cups, wine glasses, a wine key, cutlery, a cutting board several small tools like. Actually, there is all you need, do not worry. If you need some extra ustensil just call me and I will bring it.
