Owner's commentary:
The flat has two bedrooms and a nice lounge/living area with apparent beams, a wooden floor and two big double pane windows. It has central heating when winter comes. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilets inside. The kitchen is fully fitted (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, fridge. . . ). There is a small grocery store just downstairs, open on Sunday, and a bigger one (Monoprix) only 8 min walk from the flat, on rue du Temple. Bakeries, cafés, restaurants are close enough to enjoy walking there, but far enough so as not to be disturbed at night. In any case, the street is really quiet, it's a one way street and the flat has double paned windows.  
The flat is in a 300 years old building and is very authentic with a Parisian "je ne sais quoi". It has a great vibe.
It is located in the high Marais which is the place to be in Paris! Only 5 min walk from Republic square (where you can catch 5 different metros: lines 5, 8, 9, 11, 3) and at about the same distance from Réaumur Sébastopol where you can catch line 4 to go North or South of Paris. Only 10 min walk from Pompidou Center, Montorgueil street, the trendy rue de Bretagne and its marché des Enfants Rouges and the hip Canal St Martin, it is also only 15 walk from the heart of the Marais and its rue des Francbourgeois (for some stylish shopping spree!), the Hôtel de Ville, the Place des Vosges and the Seine (and Notre Dame, as it turns out).  



The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm.
Outwith these hours :
- from 6pm to 7pm (Monday to Saturday) there is a charge of 50 euros,
- from 9am to 6pm (Sunday and public holidays) there is a charge of 100 euros.
