"Spacious studio next to the Moulin Rouge in the 18th district (borderline 9th arrondissement. . . literally take 25 steps and you are officially in the 9th district).
This is a bright and quiet 34 sq. meter space with an entry foyer, a full bathroom (with a bathtub and washer/dryer), and the main living space with double floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the bright and super quiet rue Pouget.
This studio is fully furnished and has hardwood floors throughout.  You'll also find a quaint yet nice and functional kitchenette, fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
It is located in a very safe building (double security doors with digikey), on the 6th floor with an elevator and… It is a quiet heaven. A zen-feel place. It’s ideal for 2 adults, but we've accommodated 3 on several occasions.
It’s a very happening neighborhood. Lively and very charming, touristy, and authentic. That’s what we call bo-bo (bohemian bourgeois), from quaint streets with hidden cafés and restaurants to famous places like Amelie’s café “Les Deux Moulins”, the emblematic Moulin Rouge, the Sacre Coeur Basilica (by the way, go up the claustrophobic steps, the panoramic view will be worth your while) and of course, Pigalle’s night-life… I mention the nightlife, because the visible adult entertainment might deter some, yet for us, it makes it for one of the safest places day and night and all in good spirit.
You’ll find traditional artisan shops next to fashion boutiques, young creators, art galleries and the best part of all: you’ll be surrounded by good restaurants (and not just tourist traps ;-) including a jazz club a few steps away. Last but not least: every weekend the rue Lepic (behind our building) is transformed into a lovely market with fresh produce, outdoor cafés, and street musicians.

There are 3 metro lines (2, 12, and 13) in close (or super close) proximity, and lots of buses; the closest station (Blanche) is literally down the building, the second one (Place de Clichy) is less than three minutes, and the third one (Pigalle) is less than 5 minutes away… for real! They’ll allow you to go anywhere very easily.

Several bus lines are just as close (and buses now have priority lanes in Paris, so the traffic jams don’t affect them much anymore). In 15 minutes you’ll be able to get to the Champs-Elysées, the Eiffel Tower, or Notre Dame. In 10 minutes or less you’ll get to Beaubourg, Les Halles, the Galleries Lafayette (shopping!), the Opera Garnier, Place Vendôme, etc.  


You’ll also be very close to a "Vélib" station. What’s Vélib? It’s Paris’ "rent-a-bike" system, incredibly cheap. With as many 30-minute trips as you want, you have to return the bike to a Vélib station in under 30 minutes, but you can immediately pick up another one, and it’s very affordable ;-)"
