Very cozy and well located. While silent, it is close to many markets and restaurants (if you enjoy Asian cuisine and delicacies you will like it even more). Metro line 14 is just next corner, which allows for rapid and efficient transit inside Paris. We have lived more than 4 years in this apartment and it was a joyful stay. We would not hesitate to book it again!

Appart très bien localisé, il donne sur la cour intérieure, au calme. Bien propre, tout neuf. Les transports et commerces partout, quartier vivant et agréable. Le propriétaire est gentil, aimable, toujours disponible et prêt à nous aider. Bref tout est magnifique!

Appartement bien disposé entre son entrée cuisine salon et l'étage dédié à la nuit (chambre sdb). Propriétaire agréable, disponible pour des conseils sur la vie de quartier. Lieu qui est très calme malgré la proximité de la rue Tolbiac car l'appartement est en retrait et donne sur une cour intérieure. A 50m du métro et des bus. Nombreux commerces autour. Un très bon séjour passé dans ce meublé.

J'ai loué l'appartement avec ma fille et on a bien apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire et sa disponibilité. L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport aux commerces et aux transports. Le métro et le bus sont à 2 ou 3mn de marche.

大変清潔なアパートです。お湯も十分に出ますし、水回りが綺麗。寝具やタオルがたくさん用意されていますし、wi-fiの環境が非常に良いです。メトロのOlympiades駅からすぐで、バスも便利な立地です。オーナーのムッシュも大変感じの良い、信用できる人柄でした。

Este departamento lo mas importante que tiene es que esta muy limpio y renovado,tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Paris. Las toallas y las sabanas muy limpias. Tiene un closet grande para guardar toda la ropa y esta nuevo y limpio. Tambien tiene la línea 12 de metro a una cuadra y esta se conectar con todos los sitios turísticos de Paris y es muy fácil conectar el RER para ir a Versalles y Disneyland. La persona que renta es muy amable. Pase unos dias muy agradables lo recomiendo
