Bien que de taille modeste, l'appartement offre toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires pour vivre plus que confortablement. L'aménagement de l'appartement est irréprochable. Il est également proche des commerces et surtout de la Gare Saint Lazare qui permet un accès à de nombreuses options de transport. J'y ai passé 3 ans et ne le regrette pas un seul instant.
