L'appartement est présenté comme ayant un salon et deux chambres. Il serait opportun de mettre plus clairement en avant le fait que l'une des deux chambres est en réalité séparée du reste de l'appartement et se trouve sur le palier. En dehors de ça, l'appartement est très satisfaisant.
