très bien situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur, entre métro république(ligne 3,9,11,etc) et métro temple(ligne 3) l\'appartement se situe vraiment à proximité de toutes les commodités et de nombreux magasins. Il est très bien meublé et équipé, rapport qualité/prix très bon!
