隣、上の住人の声や音が筒ぬけ。アパート内で大音量で音楽を聴く人や、毎日のように大声で歌う住人あり。不愉快。しかし、駅から近く便利な場所、値段も高くないので、音さえ慣れれば快適な方だと思う。
