Fees and expenses

Our Agency fees correspond to:

• max 15 € (incl. VAT)/m² (to which can be added 3 € (incl. VAT)/m² for property inspection / outgoing inventory) for a lease subject to French law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989.
• 15% TTC of the total amount of the rent for a lease not subject to French law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989.

Charges correspond to services provided by the landlord, service charges for the operating and maintenance of the building, as specified in the rental contract.
Charges usually include:

• Water consumption
• Building maintenance
• Garbage tax
• Sweeping tax
• Communal lighting

They may also include:

• Hot water
• Heating

Charges are fixed and payable monthly at the same time as the rent.
