物件は５階（日本式６階）でエレベーターはありませんが、緩やかな階段なので若い方には問題なく利用できると思います。日当りもよく、とても静かなお部屋で快適です。上階から床のきしむ音等聞こえてきたので、自室の足音にも気をつけるようにしました。生活音の気になる方には不向きですが私たちは歴史を感ずることのできる建物とお部屋を楽しんでいます。何と言ってもオーナーがとても感じの良い方で安心しました。
