Studio pas mal du tout. Refait assez récemment, et bien meublé. Cuisine et salle d\'eau indépendantes, propres, fonctionnelles, avec tout ce qu\'il faut (et même un peu plus). Baie vitrée et balcon bien, avec vue à peu près dégagée sur le grand square (pas de vis-à-vis). Pièce principale agréable. Meubles design. Grande TV, internet, canapé-lit.... Placards et rangements pratiques et nombreux. Résidence calme et proprette (gardienne très serviable et sympathique). Rue et square calme (pas de bruits extérieurs dans le studio). Quartier très bien, animé ; nombreux restaurants, bars, commerces... Proche Montmartre et métro. Pas loin des cinémas de la place Clichy. Je crois bien que c\'est mon quartier préféré à Paris. Bref, j\'ai bien aimé cet appartement et sa localisation.
