Landlord's comment : Very clear 2 rooms apartment in the 15 th district of PARIS. Large bedroom with a view and sun all day. Parisian wooden floor. Queen size bed (160 cmX200cm), large wardrobe, all appliances, TV, DVD, internet. Bathroom with rain shower and small bath tub. Living room has a 3 seat sofa, there is a dining place with wooden table for diner up to 6 people. All the apartment has been refurbished in April 2009. The appartment is at the 5th and last floor (no neighbours on top!) and there is no elevator. The stairway is not steep however. Building is dated 1862, very well maintained! The area is the typically parisian village like from the 19 th century. There is 2 metro station within 100 meters. Plenty if shops and commodities. Effeil tower and Champs de Mars at 500 meters! Enjoy!
