The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place from Monday to Saturday between 9. 00am and 8. 00pm. Outwith these hours, on Sundays and public holidays there is a 50€ extra charge.

Landlord's comment: This one bedroom apartment is located in the famous Marais district, in the heart of historic Paris near Place des Vosges (Lines 1, 5, and 8) and St. Paul (Line 1) metro stops. This flat is comfortably furnished with all standard furniture to make your stay as pleasant as possible. There is a nice writing desk, sofa bed, dinner table for 4, and a walk-in closet in the living room. The kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, and other home appliances for your use. The  bathroom with bathtub is separate from the bedroom and living room. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, for a total sleeping capacity of 2-3 people. The staircase leading downstairs and elevator are beautiful, all with elegance, typical of this stylish neighbourhood. Right outside, you will find a grocery store, movie theatre, bakery, and a local street market.
