Very convenient location, steps from St Michel metro & nice walk to Notre Dame. Compact apt - had everything we needed for pir family of 2 adults & 2 kids under (age 6, 9). Only downside is you trade convenience for it being in a very touristy area. We were travelling with a lot of suitcases which was not fun to take up the 4 flights of steps.
