L'appartement est très propre et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir chez soi ! Les appareils ménagers fonctionnent très bien, tout comme l'eau chaude et le chauffage. L'appartement est au calme (directement sur une rue piétonne) tout en étant dans un quartier animé, à deux pas de la rue Mouffetard et ses commerces de proximité. Une bouche de métro se trouve à 50 mètre. Je rechoisirais cet appartement sans hésité si c'était à recommencer!
