ロケーション・部屋の広さ・治安のよさ・価格等々トータル的に考えて◎ ただ、エレベーターなし（１階の階段数が多い）・バスタブなしのため、荷物の多い方・足腰不安な方・お風呂につかりたい方は避けた方がよいが、当方は全く問題なかった。乾燥機付き洗濯機完備（HPだと乾燥機のみ）、ダブルベッドルーム１部屋とシングルベッドが２つある部屋が１部屋（HPだと入れ子ベッドと幼児用ベッドとなっている）と日本語HPだと違う部分もあり家主にいくつか質問したら「あなたは間違っている」と言われ英語HP確認すればよかったと反省（＾＾；）キッチン周りの細かな器具も完備。生活するに十分なものであった。

The apartment was very clean and had a great warmth to it which made it feel like a home away from home. In the perfect location which made our stay in Paris perfect. My kids were also very comfortable there. Would definitely stay there again!!
