Culturally, the 11th has many strengths. Cafes, trendy bars and theaters offer many Parisians outputs opportunities.
The 11th arrondissement is known for its cabarets and cafés-concerts such as the Bataclan Boulevard Voltaire, the Nouveau Casino in Rue Oberkampf or the Balajo in rue de Lappe, but also the Cirque d'Hiver which has been listed as a historical monument.
