Amazing, far nicer than expected.

The apartment reaches the expectation of a small furnished studio. It is tight, but ideal for one person living in Paris for a temporary time. Very well located (close to pharmacies, supermarkets, schools, universities, post offices, metro stations, restaurant and bars), easy to reach the landlord and with all the necessary kitchen and cleaning accessories.

The apartment in Rue Descartes is excellent. The landlord, Mme des Ouches, is very kind and available to help. I truly enjoyed my stay there, although in the midst of Paris recent attacks. The only real defect in the apartment, if I have to mention one, is the basin in the bathroom: it's far too small, even for a kid! But for the rest, I repeat, everything was ok, including all the amenities (like superfast wifi, cable tv, ipod system, bath linen, etc.). The neighborhood looks very safe (a big police station is nearby: an important feature given the tragic circumstances), but also very lively, with bars and restaurants. All you need in terms of shops, supermarkets, laundries, etc. is at most within a two minutes walk. Ditto for Boulevard Saint Germain, with all that means again in terms of facilities, metro station, etc. Last, but not least, I had the clear impression that, despite the nearby touristic attractions (Pantheon and Saint Etienne du Mont are just 100m away and famous Rue Mouffetard's market is also very close), this is an area of Paris where real Parisiennes live. Strongly adviced if you wish to experience for a few weeks what living in Paris may really mean.

We had a truly wonderful two-month stay in Anne's apartment in spring 2014. The location cannot be beat. Situated in an adorable neighborhood, it's off the beaten tourist path yet within easy walking distance to so many of Paris's wonderful sights—the Luxembourg Gardens, the Jardins des Plantes, the Pantheon, the Mouffetard, the Seine, Notre Dame (just to name a few!). We rarely took the Métro, but the Maubert Mutualité stop is just three blocks away, and the Luxembourg RER stop is also an easy walk. There's also a laundromat nearby and several grocery stores, including a Picard. Keep in mind, though, that this is not a great apartment if you plan to do a lot of cooking (the fridge is tiny, there's no freezer, and just one burner). Two great cafés are directly downstairs, though, and there's an abundance of bistros, restaurants, take-out places, and bars all around. The apartment itself is adorable and comfortable. Very nice to have a real bed instead of a fold-out couch. The view from the window was one of our favorite parts—far better than the many apartments located in courtyards. We loved to sit on the counter with a glass of wine and watch the world go by below. Often on Fridays there is a woman who sings and plays Édith Piaf songs on the accordion at Les Pipos. The windows seemed to be double-paned, too, so closing them at night blocked out most of the sound. And Anne herself was beyond kind and accommodating. When we needed a signature from her for some paperwork, she was happy to meet us for coffee that same day and even gave us some excellent tips for lesser-known places to visit in the city. All in all, our stay could not have been better. Would recommend this charming apartment to anyone. We will be back!

Location was great all creature comforts within. Lovely and cosy. the only real negative is the cleaning very problematics getting washing/ bathroom done if leaving in morning. Personally we would rather have the cleaning and washing factored into the cost. Besides that we will definitely use your service again,

The apartment is located in lively area and furnished in very modern and refined way. We have enjoyed the wonderful days in Paris so comfortably.

Small and cosy studio with a great location.

The studio is very well organized and everything I needed to have a comfortable stay was there. I really felt at home, because of the cosy and homey atmosphere of the studio. Next to that, the studio is located in a very pleasant area (Quartier Latin is wonderfull) in the centre of Paris: close by to metro, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, market…

家主様やロジス様には、素早く丁寧な対応をしていただき、初めてのアパート滞在も快適に過ごすことができました。アパート自体もリフォーム間もないということもあり、すべての家具や道具が清潔でホテルにいるかのような快適さでした。場所もとても買い物にも観光にもとても便利でした。
