This is an excellent apartment in the 19e arrondissement. Generous size and recently renovated, you are will situated across the street from Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and a short walk from Canal de la Villette and Belleville. The kitchen is larger than one would usually find in Paris, with both an oven and dishwasher. A potential renter should understand the location of this apartment--it's a wonderful residential area with numerous restaurants, bakeries, etc, but it is about a half hour by Métro from most of the major Parisian sites. For someone interested in really diving into life in Paris and becoming invested in your neighborhood, this is a great location. If you're looking for a base to visit downtown and the major tourist sites, this might not be the place for you.
