L'appartement correspondait exactement à mes attentes : grand confort, beaux volumes, magnifique terrasse. Excellente adresse, à proximité de tout, appartement très bien situé à Paris proche du métro Voltaire.

You could not ask for much more than what this apartment offered, it is a spacious and bright apartment with a massive rooftop terrace for dining and cooling down on the hot days. It is on the top floor (4th) but accessed by a small lift. The kitchen was fully equipped with a full sized fridge and a gas cooktop/oven and plenty of bench space. The location is in the 11th arrondissement close to 2 metro stations and plenty of restaurants/cafes/supermakets & patisseries. When we were not out exploring the city of Paris we would sit with a cool drink and admire the constant activity on the streets below the apartment. The apartment is a little cluttered with the owner's plants, plentiful kitchen supplies and other personal items and the 2nd bedroom is small with a sofabed only. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, which are a must in summer. There are no fans or air-conditioning in the living areas but there is usually a lovely breeze flowing in from the large sliding doors. We also mentioned at check-out that the TV did not have a remote.
