Grands Boulevards - Montorgueil

Good location. Rue Montgrueil 美食街就在隔壁巷子，有超市、水果店、薬粧店及各式餐廳應有盡有。 離地鐵站也不遠 沿著蒙特格伊街走能走到les halles 商埸（就過一個街的距離而已） 沒有電梯比較累一點 整體上很推薦！ 屋主女兒很親切，但只會法文 有4公斤的小型洗衣機很方便 淋浴、小冰箱、廚房雖小但也應有盡有，

L'appartement est très sympathique. Nous étions 4 personnes et ce fût extrêmement confortable. Madame B. est vraiment adorable et recevante. Plusieurs services à deux pas ( épicerie, charcuterie, boulangerie, métro, bus…). Nous recommandons cette location fortement. Merci pour ce séjour agréable :)

ottima scelta,centralissimo a due passi dalla metro fermata Le Halles,in casa c'e' tutto cio' di cui puoi avere bisogno .Ottimo per famiglie con ragazzi .Lo consiglio a tutti !!!! ciao Grazia e family

房東太太人超好又很熱情,就算語言不通也能感受的到,而且也能了解他要表達的,公寓超舒適,一應具全,交通也很方便,大部分景點走路都能到,我們擁有很美好的7天回憶

Lovely, compact apartment on a pictureque, quiet street. Immaculately clean and in great condition. Well-equipped. Extremely light and airy, with windows in two directions. Wonderful location in central Paris, but away from touristed sections. One street away from rue Montorgueil, with wonderful food shops. Absolutely perfect and highly recommended for either a family (can accommodate 4 comfortably) or a couple.

The apartment satisfied our needs. The location was for us the deciding factor. Probably the only thing that disturbed a little was the smell of sewage system. However, it comes with the age of the house, so we do not complain.

Very clean, quiet and just enough room to feel very comfortable. No washing machine, but a large tub is provided for those in need of washing a few things by hand. A good area, near a very convenient Metro and a little market not too far for fresh produce that is affordable and good. C\'est parfait!

Comme je l'expectais et je l'ai vu sur Internet. Tout confort, bien équipé, jolie décoration.

The appartment was wonderful! It met our needs and expectations completely. The only negative was the four stairs without an elevator, but that was only a minor flaw.
