L'appartement est très confortable, bien équipé, et fort bien situé à proximité des services et des transports (métro, bus, taxis). Idéal pour deux personnes qui aiment vivre une vie de quartier tout en étant à distance de marche de la Tour Eiffel, du musée d'Orsay et du musée Rodin notamment.

立地が素晴らしい。メトロ至近、日曜営業のカルフールも近くにあり便利。サンジェルマン、エッフェル塔、凱旋門へも徒歩圏。部屋は4階だったがリフトがあるので問題ない（ただしリフトは非常に小さい）。お湯も排水も問題ない。満足できるステイとなるはず。

Wonderful location! Everything was satisfactory except for the sofa. (long past its comfort and usefulness) Jean-Pierre and Benjamin were both helpful and delightful.

The apartment was in excellent location: near restaurants, markets, shopping, and public transportation. It needs window screens to allow fresh air to enter while keeping the mosquitoes from coming inside.

The apartment is great and the location could not be better. It\'s centrally located, close to everything (specially Les Invalides and Tour Eiffel) but at the same time is not packed of tourists. The apartment is located in a residential area, but with plenty of restaurants nearby, a Carrefour supermarket two blocks away, and within steps from the metro station. The photos of the apartment reflects the apartment.

Outstanding. The highest quality. Totally clean and spotless. It is easy to feel at home here.
