"Located  just near the "Jardin des Plantes" and the Sienna river,  this newly refurbished (january 2013) and tastefully decorated apartment is very well-equipped, spacious, flawlessly clean, sunny and very quiet.  Steps away from the metro, RER and bus, it is a great place from which to explore Paris and the surrounding areas. You have everything you need within two minutes:  supermarkets, bakery, post office, metro, cafes and restaurants.  A weekly cleaning service is also included in the rent for your convenience as well as local tax ("Taxe d'Habitation" which is normally paid by the tenant).  My philosophy: I like to establish a friendly and trusted relationship with people I am welcoming in my apartment to make their stay most enjoyable.  "
