L’appartement se trouve dans un quartier très agréable et il est équipé de tout ce qu’il faut. En plus la propriétaire est vraiment gentille et très attentive pour assurer un séjour heureux.

Un studio très sympa situé dans un quartier agréable. Le studio est bien meublé et dispose de tout pour votre séjour. L'accès aux métros et aux transports est aussi très facile et le quartier est très calm. On s'y sent en sécurité.

Clean, quiet and safe neighborhood, apt is conveniently located in terms of public transport. Landlady is incredibly nice and accommodating. The building is recent, has an elevator and washing machine/dryer inside the building. The apartment has everything you need, I had a very good stay!

Appartement en excellent état, propre et très bien équipé. J'ai pu y poser mes valises sans avoir besoin d'acheter le moindre équipement pendant mon séjour. La propriétaire est disponible et répond rapidement aux messages et questions en cas de difficultés. Logement adapté pour les personnes fraîchement arrivées à Paris.

部屋は綺麗で日当たりもよく、ベランダもあるためとても住み心地がよかったです。 また家の周りの治安もよく、夜でも安心して外を歩けました。

交通の便が良く、すぐ近くにスーパーやパン屋などがあり、とても生活がしやすいです。徒歩5分のところにヴァンセンヌの森もあるので、休日はそこで散歩するなどリラックスした時間を過ごすことができます。アパートは日当たりもよくとても快適です。大家さんはとても親切で、彼女の計らいで、生活に必要なものは全てそろっています。また、お庭に面しているので車の騒音もほとんどなく、ご近所さんの生活音もほとんど気になりません。おすすめの物件です！
