"This apartment is located in a lovely area of paris, near a lovely supermarket and other amenities. The local sports centre hosts a fantastic market twice a week. Bois de Vincennes is less than 100m walk and is a lovely park. The studio has a nice kitchen and bathroom with a bedroom with large amounts of storage and a lovely balcony.

This apartment was even better than described. Extremely quiet and safe (apartment door keycode and elevator keycode). Location is a plus, 1 minute walk to the metro and right next to the Bois de Vincennes (park). Includes a long balcony that is nice to sit out on. Landlord is also very nice!

Lumineux, bien agencé et très bien placé (à deux pas du bois de Vincennes)nous sommes très satisfait de notre location. Et bonne surprise (ce n'était pas écrit sur l'annonce): il y a une petite terrasse vue sur cour !
