What is the amount of agency fees for a furnished apartment rental and how can I pay?

Our agency fees (inspection fees, file assembling and drafting of the lease) correspond to:

• max 15 € (incl. VAT)/m² (to which can be added 3 € (incl. VAT)/m²  for property inspection / outgoing inventory) for a lease subject to French law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989.
• 15% TTC of the total amount of the rent for a lease not subject to French law n° 89-462 of July 6, 1989.

The agency fees and the deposit must be paid to Lodgis as soon as the rental agreement has been signed by both the tenant and the owner. Payment can be made easily through our secure online payment facility.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank card (CB, Visa and Mastercard)
• Bank transfer (the sender is responsible for any associated bank charges)
• Bitcoins

Are online card payments on our website secure?
