Would suggest that it would be beneficial to be able to pay for the stay with a credit card through the agency.

Bon contact, réactivité. Même si l'appartement correspond en tout point à mes attentes, j'aurais aimé pouvoir le visiter avant de signer le bail (location pour 6 mois). ça m'aurait éviter un petit coup de stress avant de récupérer les clés. Mais tout est bien qui finit bien :)

Si je n'évaluais que Monsieur Lofficial, la note serait 5: courtoisie, professionnalisme et sens du service. La note moyenne résulte d'un contact très désagréable avec une femme dont le niveau de français est passable, qui n'a aucun sens du service et qui raconte des bobards en prétendant donner des cours de Droit.

El Servicio de la gestora de alquiler amueblado fue muy bueno. Una vez firmado el contrato y depositado el dinero la agencia incumplió con la fecha de entrega del departamento, lo cual me generó inconvenientes personales (4 días mas tarde, que me fueron cobrados) ; aún espero una respuesta por parte de la agencia. El personal de recepción siempre fue muy amable. Me gustaría poder recomendar la agencia, pero la falta de respuesta ha esta situación me lo impide.

Dell'agenzia c'è poco da dire, ho avuto a che fare con persone competenti, non ho mai atteso per più di 24 ore le risposte alle mie richieste e mi hanno fornito informazioni di ogni genere. Inoltre, anche se non ho modo di fare paragoni con altre, non mi è parso che la commissione da me pagata sia stata eccessiva. Ho scelto di avere un'agenzia come intermediario tra me e la proprietaria per avere una sicurezza maggiore sulle condizioni dell'appartamento, e ritengo di aver fatto un'ottima scelta!

Si bien tengo poca experiencia en alquiler de apartamentos , puedo decir por este caso puntual que la relación con la agencia ha sido muy seria y eficiente.

Our agent is nice, although sometimes we do not always get a reply. It would be nice to have an exact price break down of what we have to pay and have already paid. The agency also does not communicate much with our landlord.

Mme Manuela FALLETTA m'a été d'une aide précieuse, elle répond rapidement aux questions et fournit des informations pertinentes, j'ai signé le bail en moins d'une semaine de recherche. Je la recommande vivement, ainsi que M. Stephane HEYDEN, toujours disponible et compréhensif. Je mettrai juste un bémol sur la fréquence de mise à jour du site, qui indique la disponibilité de certains appartements alors qu'ils ont déjà été loué, et sur le fait qu'il n'est nulle part indiqué que les frais de l'état des lieux sont à la charge du locataire.

L'agenzia si è dimostrata disponibile et attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Tuttavia è dovoroso sottolineare che durante l'état de lieu si sono constatati problemi importanti che l'agenzia e il relativo gestionario avrebbero dovuto risolvere prima dell'entrata nell'appartamento. In aggiunta per due settimane il cliente si è lamentato affinchè i suddetti ptoblemi venissero risolti e purtroppo alcuni di essi non sono ancora stati risolti.
