I had a good experience! maybe I would have liked them to answer me faster in some questions that I have done, but I understand that sometimes you can not. I really liked how they handle themselves.

L'agence a été super pour cette location, l'agent concerné m'a beaucoup aidé et informé de tout. Seul petit hic est qu'on ne peut pas joindre les agents directement, on doit attendre leur réponse par mail.

Good experience overall. The listings are great; website is designed user-friendly; the agents are responsive. However, the communication can be improved a little bit as I am speaking with 4 agents at least through out the process...

Services très professionnels et efficaces.

I had a reasonable experience corresponding with Lodgis, and they were able to help me very quickly once a lot of other companies had not followed through on my rental request. The only issue I encountered, was that the agent I was corresponding with informed me that the apartment may not be available due to repairs, and when I asked for additional apartment options while I waited for conformation, I did not receive an answer for over 24 hours. Being that I had informed them my travel dates were so soon, this was a bit unnerving. But later they responded, and everything worked out well. So I am satisfied overall.

Bonnes explications données a nos questions sur le contrat de location. Mais il y avait pas mal de confusion pendant la phase de visite appartement et papiers a fournir. En tout cas, merci pour votre aide a nous trouver un appartement.

The apartment I have found really suits all my requirements.

Apparemment, bonne organisation professionnelle. Légère frustration aux premiers contacts, car nous ne sommes pas aguerris aux échanges par mail. Enfin, dès que l'on a trouvé le processus tout marche bien.

Le resultat de ma recherché d'appartement meuble semble parfait. Et c'est le troisieme fois au moins que j'utilise Lodgis. Par contre la procedure cette fois-ci semblait beaucoup plus compliquee et longue , surtout etant une ancienne cliente. Mais je suis satisfaite et contente enfin du resultat. Merci.
