Lavabo, plaque de cuisson, radiateur, télévision, douche et toilettes etc.. en parfait état de fonctionnement. Sol et murs propres, de même que le sol. Ambiance relativement calme du fait que le studio est placé contre une cour intérieure. L\'essentiel pour un séjour de quelques semaines.
