Excellent landlord and landlady and brilliant area.

内装し直した壁はシミ一つなく、部屋は全てキレイに掃除され整頓されていて、気持ちよく迎えていただきました。また、大家さんの夫妻はとても親切で感じが良く、内部の様々な使い方や、近所のスーパーや公園など、いろいろな情報を丁寧に教えて下さいました。ここはとても生活しやすい地域だと思います。中でも一番気に入っている事は、部屋が中庭に面していて、窓から遠くの建物や空が見渡せることです。

I enjoyed my two-week stay in this apartment in early January, 2016. It overlooks a courtyard, so there is very little road noise. The view is nice, and the apartment layout is very functional. The apartment is located in an area with many bakeries, cafes and supermarkets, the laundromat is just out the back door and across the street, and there aren't many tourists around. There is an interesting street market several time per week on Rue de la Convention. The landlords are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the apartment.

清潔で明るく、またメトロの駅にも近く、すぐ近所にスーパーや商店が有り便利な立地、しかしながら部屋は通りに面していないので非常に静か（教会の鐘が聞こえるだけ）また大家さんにも大変親切に対応して頂きました。

Calme, clair et très propre

CONVENTION駅から近くて便利です。 建物も一歩はいると閑静な部屋が落ち着きます。 自炊設備、インターネットＷＩＦＩも整っていて 不自由しません。コインランドリーは徒歩5秒の目の前にあります。

Propre, bien entretenu, fonctionnel.
