"This two-bedroom apartment has just been offered for furnished rentals, so it was completely renovated and newlyfurnished (2011). Although on a rather busy road, it is very quiet, thanks to the insulation of exterior walls and PVC double glazed windows. By double exposure North-South, it is very sunny in the double living and very quiet in the room which itself overlooks the garden (so we can sleep open window in the quiet summer)! Furnished in Provencal style and as it is sunny, you will feel in Provence, but in Paris! The building is small in structure (2 apartments per floor x 6) and is located 40 meters from the metro station Billancourt (line 9) which will take you quickly to the the heart of Paris (Champs Elysées, DEPARTMENT STORES, STATIONS . . . . ) and with the bus you can access all the beautiful western suburbs (Versailles is 9 kms!). BOULOGNE is a very active city, there is a shopping center and several stores, a typical market at 200 meters on Wednesday and SATURDAY MORNING. Just opposite you can easily access the pool of the Stade Français and ice rink in winter, and of course jogging in the woods Boulogne and Saint Cloud Access by car is very easy (1km Device, A10, A11, A13, and direct access to the heart of Paris by the expressway G POMPIDOU at the door St. Cloud at the end of the avenue. Everything is done to make your stay in Paris goes well!"
