My husband and I lived here for five months and couldn't have been happier with the place. It is clean, nicely decorated, and furnished with everything you need. The building is located on a quiet side street but close to many great shops and restaurants. The large private balcony is the best part. The owner has been fantastic to work with. She is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly to messages. I would highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment was perfect for my seventh month stay in Paris. It is in a very central neighborhood, and right next to a main metro station. The apartment itself was modern and completely updated...something that is not too easy to find in paris. Furthermore, everything that you could need was included, right down to a hairdryer. The owner, who is very kind and helpful, put nice touches throughtout the apartment. I would definetly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in the center of Paris, on a quiet street, with access to all the amenties, shopping and restaurants you could want.

Great apartment location, really a fantastic place to live and explore Paris. And having a roof terrace is pure luxury during summer. The apartment has everything what one needs, only the bathroom is a bit small. I would love to come back!
