Enjoy Paris from the heart of its historical "Le Marais" District, within comfortable walking distance of many Paris landmarks including Ile Saint-Louis and Notre Dame, Musée du Louvre, Quartier Latin, Opéra.
The apartment, completely renewed at the end of 2012, sunny and very calm , on the third floor with elevator is located in a quiet street next  to Place des Vosges, a must see magnificent setting dating back to Louis XIII.

You're also a stone's throw from rue Saint Antoine, one of Paris's busiest streets, bustling with shops where you can enjoy shopping for fresh produce, baguettes, croissants, cheese, wine, foie gras. . . The large Bastille street market is also close by on Sundays and Thursdays. Certainly you will also enjoy sampling the fare of many fine neighborhood restaurants. Walk south, cross the old bridges over the Seine and wander on Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cité, visit Notre Dame, pass another bridge and venture in Quartier Latin. Back home, go to Opéra Bastille, 10 mn away by foot.

It is a perfect place to be with easy access to all of Paris by walking, bike rental or bus. The nearby main metro line (line1) takes you directly to Musée du Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Place de l'Etoile/Charles De Gaulle and offers all connections necessary to go anywhere in Paris. "



The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm.
Outwith these hours :
- from 6pm to 7pm (Monday to Saturday) there is a charge of 50 euros,
- from 9am to 6pm (Sunday and public holidays) there is a charge of 100 euros.
