"The studio is located in the Pere Lachaise cemetary neighbourhood. From the balcony it has a nice view on the old slate roofs of the hospital Tenon, classified as historical monument. Very nearby there is little place called Place Edith Piaf where a bronze statue of the singer stands and a bar named Edith Piaf at the corner of the place where you can see many pictures of the artist. The area is quiet and pleasant and easy for shopping, there is a market twice a week rue Belgrand. The studio is very bright and sunny and has all commodities. In spring and Summer you can enjoy the big balcony. The access to the heart of Paris is quick with metro line N° 3, you reach Opéra in 20mn. Rue Pelleport is located between the stations Gambetta and Porte de Bagnolet".
