L'appartement est agréable et très bien équipé (hors TV). Il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un court séjour. Il est récent et propre. Il faut néanmoins s'attendre à une rue légèrement passante avec les nuisances sonores qui en découlent.
