Logement propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé(Entre autres actuellement: Lave-Linge, aspirateur, grille-pain, four, frigo, sèche cheveux, linge et serviettes, Internet) Le Clic-clac qui sert de couchage est de bonne qualité, ainsi que les meubles de l'appartement. L'appartement est haut de plafond et donne dans une rue très calme. L'entrée est grande, mais très bien décorée, et avec de grands placards. Cela permet éventuellement de déposer un matelas gonflable pour dépanner. L'entrée et le salon est en moquette claire. Le quartier est un quartier de magasins d'antiquité et de logements, très peu de restos et d'animation. Par contre, à 5/10 min à pied, St Germain, le louvre, le pont des arts, ... Les arrets de metro/RER de 6 lignes différentes sont à 5/10m à pied.
