    The apartment and neighbourhood were perfect. The apartment is just as presented in photos and the landlord is superb (!) Any questions were addressed immediately and he even delivered a fan at the beginning of the heatwave this summer without us asking. Day to day things were ideal: good wifi, cable, water pressure, noise levels etc. The area is lively without being loud, and comfortable for females late in the evening as well. There are lots of restaurants and bars and a grocery store right outside the door and the apartment is a five minute walk to the metro. I can't recommend this unit and our landlord enough.
