The quarter is famous , close to few museums(Le Louvre, Orsay), theatres (Odeon), famous antiques shops, old churches ( Roman church of Saint Germain des Prés, Orthodoxe Ukrainian church etc…) cinemas, restaurants bars jazz clubs in profusion, gym clubs, swimming pool, supermakets, laundry, all luxury brand boutiques …Nothing is missing, just name it !

The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm.
Outwith these hours :
- from 6pm to 7pm (Monday to Saturday) there is a charge of 50 euros,
- from 9am to 6pm (Sunday and public holidays) there is a charge of 100 euros.
