シーツ等清潔。入居時掃除が行き届いていた。必要なものはほとんど揃っていて便利。あと、オーブンとトイレにドアがついていたら言うことなし。陽は当たらないが他のメリットが多いので我慢できる。交通の便は最高。予想外に治安は良好。場所の割にうるさくはない。部屋は改造に改造を重ねた感じで頑丈なものではないようだが短期間生活するには申し分ない。
