The apartment is great! I feel safe and secure

L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il y a beaucoup d'animation dans la rue avec beaucoup de restaurants, cafés et magasins, mais on peut dormir dans le calme (à l'intérieur il n'y a pas de bruit). Je me sentais sûre dans l'appartement, mais aussi dans le quartier. Le propriétaire est très gentil et à la réception il m'a mis au courant du quartier. Je suis parfaitement heureuse avec mon séjour de trois mois dans cet appartement!

The apartment is in a great location, close to all the major sites, shopping, restaurants and Metro. The kitchen is well stocked and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great apartment for one to two people! Very clean, well-furnished, and stocked with all the necessary appliances for a long term stay. I lived in this apartment for six months while I was studying as an exchange student and was very comforted by the pleasant neighbors and safe area the apartment is located in. Groceries are only steps away from the apartment door! Cafes and chic boutiques line the streets and there is a great feeling of luxury and ease in the area. Also a two minute walking distance from two different metro lines! overall amazing!

The apartment is ideally situated in a quiet building in a vibrant neighborhood just a block off Boulevard Saint Germain, convenient to several Metro lines. The studio was clean, pleasantly furnished, well accommodated, and was comfortable (a minor caveat: the lofted bedroom and shower ceiling may be low for those taller than 1.85 meters). The proximity of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops as well as a grocery store and fresh market made it a near-perfect base for enjoying the city.
