The built went up in 1640. His location in the historical center allows to move everywhere in Paris by feet of Metro in 30 mns maximum.  The street Beauregard is very quiet, but close to Montorgueuil food market and restaurants, and to all famous theaters.  If you eat organic food, the big store is at the next corner. This flat, fully renewed in 2011 offers all comfort in a central area of Paris.

The handing over of the keys (check-in and check-out) takes place from Monday to Saturday, between 9am and 6pm.
Outwith these hours :
- from 6pm to 7pm (Monday to Saturday) there is a charge of 50 euros,
