An incredibly bright and comfortable apt with air conditioner and view over a parc : should we say luxury ?
This 100m², wooden-floored apartment, is perfectly adapted for 2-4 persons. It comfortably sleeps a maximum of 4 guests and offers 2 full bathrooms. It is situated on the 8th floor and is serviced by an elevator.

The apartment has large bay windows that open on the quiet park of a convent close by.
Well cared for and decorated with lots of paintings, the apartment is full of light. It is well maintained as the owner lives there part of the time. It has a terrace that is big enough for a table – for romantic morning breakfasts or evening dinners.

On entering the apartment, one is greeted by a large entrance that has been decorated by the owner with paintings and nice, delicate furniture.

To the left of the entrance, one enters into a very large living room with a very nice large bay window and a long terrace. To the right of the bay window, one can access the en-suite bedroom directly. There are sliding doors between the two rooms for privacy.

The living room is divided into the dining space and the lounging area.
The lounging space is furnished with high quality ancient wooden furniture (that we will ask guests to take care of), a large comfortable sofa, armchairs, a center table, two chests of drawers and a large library.
The dining space offers a rectangle wooden table that is comfortable for 6.

The en-suite bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed that offers a view of the sky and direct access to the terrace. The bedroom is furnished with an ancient secretary desk, a small table, storage space, and large bay windows. It is nicely decorated with various paintings.

The bedroom connects directly to a dressing/bathroom space. On one side, the vanity / the dressing area that offers a large mirror and sinks – ideal for the ladies; and on the other side, the toilet and the bathtub which is in a kind of an alcove in the bathroom. A large closet for storage is also available for guests.

Both the living room and the en-suite bedroom profit from an air-conditioner.

Coming back to the entrance of the apt, one has the standalone kitchen on the right. It is fully equipped and very convenient. It is large and comfortable for Parisian standards and profits from a window with a nice view.

From the entrance again, but front right, a corridor leads to a second bedroom with a long balcony. The balcony is adorned with nice plants that are automatically watered. The view is nice and open. The bedroom offers 2 single beds that can be joined into one double bed, a modern writing desk and a mini-library. Once again it is decorated with nice paintings.

Further down towards the end of the corridor one has the second bathroom that offers a stand-in shower, a toilet and vanity space.

The corridor also offers storage space. In the corridor, there is a third room that can also be accessed through the kitchen. The room is used by the owner for storage purposes and will not be accessible to guests. Both the accesses from the corridor and the kitchen are locked.
