Exceptional view on the 10th floor with elevator and parking with direct access (by elevator) facing west from where you can see all the monuments of Paris: Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower. The “Charonne” metro station is about 300m away on the line serving nine department stores and the Champs-Elysées. Close to the “very connected” Bastille with the famous “Ballajo” dance and many of Paris's best restaurants, the Marais and Les Halles. You'll find a supermarket next door, open from 9am to 9pm except Mondays, as well as shops, bakeries and more. You can stay 2 or 3 people with a queen-size bed 160 wide and a single bed 90x200.
