The good thing is that the Agency speaks English and helps expats. However, they are a little diffcult to reach. Also they caused a lot of confusion apparently because of some miscommunication with the owner.

Quelques difficultés au départ à se comprendre sur ma demande, lié au fait, à mon avis, que l'on ne puisse pas communiquer pas téléphone. Merci à Mme LEBEDEVA pour sa confiance et efficacité.

Akemi Hirano suit mon dossier et est très réactive. C'est appréciable. En ce qui concerne les montants, surtout celui pour le ménage en fin de location (200€ pour 18 m²), je les trouve très élevé. Je prévois de faire le ménage moi-même, et comme il est dit dans le contrat, j'espère récupérer le surplus à la fin du contrat. Sinon très bon relationnel avec mon interlocutrice.

Good responses to emails and good listings on webpage. If the roles of the persons involved had been explained at the first contact, it could have helped the clilent's contacts with agents.

The contact wie the agency was really well - answers on questions were responded fast also in my native language. Process from first request to signing of the contract was done in a few days.
