At first, the apartment that I had chosen was not this one. but I wanted to change to this one, so I sent the agency about that, and the agency replied back fast and I could choose this. the service about doing contract was clear and fast ! and this agency has a lot of good apartment lists, I think. So, I think I would use this agency next time again !

Lodgis has been very helpful in finding an apartment for our stay, but more information regarding the requirements for signing a lease could have been provided in advance to expediate the process, such as insurance requirements/price, guarantor documents, and all other documents necessary for the lease. Alaine Batteux was especially helpful recommending apartments and was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We truly appreciated her help in this stressful process.
